Group Tours
Groups of 10 or more may tour the John Wornall House or the Alexander Majors House for a discounted rate of $5.00 per person. Advance reservations are required to receive the reduced rate.
Group tours receive our standard guided house tours, which last between 45 minutes to a hour. If you would like a specialized tour or a focus on a particular topic, please let us know! We can offer flexible tours to fit your needs. Larger groups are also welcome to take self-guided tours of the Majors House.
COVID-19 Update: We are currently limiting private tours to groups of ten or fewer. Virtual tours and Zoom meetings with staff members or other historic experts can also be scheduled upon request using the contact information below.

Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation to hold your date if your total cost is $100 or more.
Full payment is due the date of your tour. We can accept checks, cash, and credit card.
Deposits or full payments will be completely refunded if a cancellation notice is received two weeks prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of a cancellation within two weeks of the event.
