We welcome paranormal groups who would like to do their own investigations of the Alexander Majors House. Investigations can be held between the hours of 6 p.m. and 1 a.m.
For paranormal groups:
$50/hour, with a 2 hour minimum
No more than 10 investigators allowed.
We work with many professional investigators. If you want to experience ghost hunting for yourself, but need someone to lead your investigation, we will provide an investigator who can bring ghost hunting tools, teach you how to utilize them, and guide you through an investigation of your own. No more than 10 individuals allowed. Paranormal investigations must be booked at least two weeks in advance and availability is subject to our investigators’ schedules.
Price is $50/hour with a 2 hour minimum, plus an additional $50 fee for our investigator’s time.
COVID-19 Update: We are temporarily limiting max investigation size to 8 people. Masks are required.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation with full payment due 7 days prior to the event.
Deposits will be refunded in full if the cancellation notice is received two weeks prior to the event. No refunds are issued for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event.
