What makes the Wornall House one of the most famous haunted hot spots in Kansas City? Find out in this unique hybrid of storytelling and history. Begin your tour with two outdoor performances that will delve into the ghosts that have been seen on the grounds of the Wornall House and set the stage for your entry into the House.
You will then have thirty minutes to explore the Wornall House at your own pace, with the help of an audio guide that will point out some of the haunted hot spots of the home, explore the history of the Wornall family, and recount some of our most memorable legends.
The Details: October 16, 17, 23, 24 at the John Wornall House (6115 Wornall Rd., KCMO 64113); Tours leave every 30 minutes, starting at 6:00 PM with the last tour of the night beginning at 8:30 PM.

Have you ever wondered how paranormal investigators research a haunted hot spot and communicate with spirits? Explore the haunted John Wornall House with a professional investigator to learn the lore of the Wornall House, use ghost hunting gear, and maybe even commune with one of the spirits said to remain! Group size is limited to just 8 members of the public for the best, most intimate experience.

There are many unsettling legends that surround the Majors House, from a swirling specter dragging herself up the stairs to an angry spirit who enjoys making himself known. Explore the haunts of the Majors House in an all-new and exclusive way this October.
You reserve the Majors House for one hour. Bring as many guests as you would like up to 10. Participants will receive a link to a special audio guide you can use to explore the museum – alone. Staff will be present to guide your journey and ensure the safety of our historic space, but otherwise the museum is reserved exclusively for the use of your party.
The Details: October 28, October 29, October 30 at the Alexander Majors House (8201 State Line Rd., KCMO 64114); Four tours per night, with the first at 6:30 PM and last at 9:30 PM.
Cost: $150 flat fee for 1 hour, regardless of number of guests (as low as $15/person!). Members pay $140.
