Spend a leisurely weekend on the grounds of the Alexander Majors House. The Jackson County Historical Society will host a picnic on the lawn June 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Light snacks and yard games will be provided. The Majors House will be open for $5 self-guided tours. Bring your blanket to enjoy the beauty of a historic house tucked just off of State Line Road.
