About the Tour
Groups of 10 or more may schedule a guided private tour of the Alexander Majors House for a rate of $6.00 per person ($5/children). Advance reservations are required for all private tours. Groups smaller than 10 individuals can schedule a private tour for a flat rate of $60.
Group tours receive a guided house tour, which lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. If you would like a specialized tour or a focus on a particular topic, please let us know. We can offer flexible tours to fit your needs.
Larger groups (20+) may prefer to take a self-guided tour of the Majors House to allow themselves to spread more evenly throughout the house. Cost is $5.00 per person.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation to hold your date if your total cost is $100 or more. Full payment is due the date of your tour. We can accept checks, cash, and credit card.
Deposits or full payments will be completely refunded if a cancellation notice is received two weeks prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of a cancellation within two weeks of the event.
