This annual event brings history enthusiasts together in an effort to help keep our nation’s heritage not only preserved, but pristine. Since 1996, the Civil War Trust has sponsored Park Day, an annual hands-on preservation event to help Civil War — and now Revolutionary War — battlefields and historic sites take on maintenance projects large and small.

The Wornall House is a participating site in 2015! Join us on the grounds of the Wornall House as we participate in lawn and historic herb garden cleanup. Please bring garden or work gloves if you have them. As a thank you for helping to keep the Wornall House beautiful, you will receive an official Park Day t-shirt or patch!
